Last Thursday, a motley crew of Pilgrims descended on the Casual Dining Awards in their glad rags; eagerly waiting to see if we’d won any of the seven awards we were shortlisted for. SEVEN. Seriously?!

The night started strong as we watched our Founders, Thom & James, take the stage to receive the Trailblazers of the Year: 2024. Safe to say, they never thought they’d walk away with that one – but god, we were proud. 

Then came the Brand Marketing Of The Year award where we descended to the stage, beaming but slightly worse for wear at this stage! And last but not least, we took home the Restaurant Brand Of The Year award. 

It's safe to say they woke up the next day husky-voiced and bleary-eyed, but humbled to have even been considered for these award categories.

We don’t work hard for awards and recognition, but it is testament to how hard our team have been working to make our pizza and guest experience the best it can possibly be. 

We’re nowhere near perfect, but we’re on the road to being that little bit better every single day. We couldn’t do it without every single Pilgrims that works for us. Absolutely legends!

Chuffed doesn’t cut it.
