Our mission is to bring you the best quality and most authentic ingredients s to make our pizza the very best it can be. The key to our success has been the amazing relationships we've built with the best in the game. Meet our partners!

We're extremely proud of our pizzas, but also very conscious that without any ingredients, we could not make our magic happen. Our supplier partners are the backbone of everything we do!  

All the way from Naples to London, our focus is quality over anything else, even if that means paying a lil more. 

Our partners not only share our passion for great quality ingredients, they most importantly share our values and do things the right way – by the planet and their people. 

CAPUTO FLOWER

We’ve been working with Antimo and Caputo Flour Mill in Napoli for 10 years now and decided to make the Matrix style choice to switch from Caputo blue to Caputo red! 

In June 2023, we went to see Antimo to talk about moving over from the blue flour to their red blend. Caputo red is the best in the game. With higher protein to support a longer fermentation our dough now has even more FLAVOUR! 

They’ve recently committed themselves to the Grano Nostrum project - increasing the traceability and quality of the raw materials used to make Caputo flours. 

LATTERIA SORRENTINA

The difference between this Fior di Latte and the one you can buy in your local deli is its distinct flavour that comes from its traditional lactic acid fermentation made from its own cultures. A craft that’s been handed down from generation to generation – you know what they say – if it ain’t broke... Their cheese is a little drier and with the perfect consistency for Pizza Napoletana.

ILAURI

For a few years now we've been sourcing vino from two very talented Italian families: The Redmont-Di Tonno’s in Abruzzo & The Bonotto’s in Treviso. 

 On a recent visit we were happy to see the widespread use of regenerative practices from reducing soil inputs, capturing and re-using water, using 100% renewable electricity and reducing the weight of their glass bottles. 

In addition to their sustainable ways, they are working to be an equal opportunities employer, pay fair wages, and provide valued benefits. 

We love that Abruzzo is such an incredible and relatively undiscovered part of Italy. Miles of beaches, incredible mountain ranges and some of the best food and wine in the country! 

SOLANIA SAN MARZANO TOMATOES

Solania are producers of the finest San Marzano tomatoes from Campania in Italy. 

The founder Giuseppe is quite the character and always has a massive cigar hanging out the side of his mouth. He set up the family business in 1993 after a life in farming to specialise only in San Marzano tomatoes. These are the best tomatoes IN THE WORLD for pizza due to their sweet juicy flesh and their delicate skins. All we need to do to the tomatoes is crush them by hand and add sea salt to make our signature pizza sauce. 

We got the chance to visit the tomato fields last year and the incredible view across the fields, row upon row of tomatoes, leading down to Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Napoli is truly something special. We’re incredibly proud to work with such a special product from our spiritual home of Napoli and hope you can taste the different on the pizzas! 

HARVEST LONDON

Our basil is grown using vertical farming, reducing our environmental impact and creating a better-tasting product in return.  

Harvest farm in a controlled environment, providing crops with the exact mix of light, water, nutrients and humidity that they need to thrive. This allows them to grow produce, year-round at a volume that isn’t possible in fields, with no pesticides, reducing waste at every step. Win, win! 

Our basil has never tasted better and is a staple on our pizzas! 

CASA JULIA

Casa Julia, led by the inimitable Enzo, supplies us with some of our finest produce from Italy. Not only are they the trusted carrier for our Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes but they are also in charge of our spirits. Doesn’t get much more important than that. At the grand age of 83 Enzo has become a real mentor to us. A Napoli born boy he has worked in the Italian food industry for over 50 years and is a constant source of advice to Thom and James. 

CARNEVALE

Carnevale are the real deal. Fabio heads up the operation and like any true food importer he loves an early morning. We start getting emails from Fabio as approximately 6am, letting us know of what time the mozzarella is arriving into the UK or that the Christmas Panettones are in stock. We have worked with Carnevale for over 10 years now and they not only supply us all our fresh mozzarella but all the other fresh speciality goods from Napoli that make our pizzas what they are. 

BELAZU

Because of course when you run a pizza company you need a dedicated olive and olive oil company. But Belazu have become so much more than that to us over the years. Yes, they supply our glorious XL Noccelara olives and our early harvest beautiful extra virgin olive oil but they also create a bespoke pesto just for us and chargrill our pickled aubergines. They are true foodies at heart, so passionate about their products and fellow B Corp members! 

POCOCELLO

So back in 2011, Thom and I met Salvatore. He is a 3rd generation lemon farmer from Amalfi and has become a great friend in the 14 years we have known him and worked together. 

In 2014 we decided to go into business together to create an incredible limoncello that we called Pococello. For a VERY brief moment you could find a bottle of Pococello in every great cocktail bar in London before we realised that we were not cut out for the booze trade and should stick to pizzas! We still produce Pococello with Salvatore but it is now exclusively made for Pizza Pilgrims. 

To finish a meal with an ice cold shot of Salvatore’s limoncello is like taking a 10 minute trip to Amalfi. 

CAMDEN BREWERY

We are very proud of our obsession with Italy, but we are also proud Londoners. This means that sometimes a few UK products end up on our menu. We have been working with Camden Brewery for over 5 years now and have loved every minute. They supply all our pizzerias up and down the country with kegs of their Hells lager but they also helped us celebrate our 10th Birthday a couple years ago hosting our big birthday festival at their brewery. Great beer goes with great pizza. End of.
