Neapolitans love a Margherita...the world loves a Margherita but ask any Neapolitan and they’ll tell you—Provola e Pepe is the Maradona. The GOAT 🐐.  

This one’s a classic from the backstreets of Napoli, and trust us, it’s the kind of pizza that makes a Margherita look a bit... boring?! 

Smoky, creamy mozzarella (aka Provola) served with a punch of pepper – simple, but too damn good.
