Celebrate the start of summer - and zucchini season - as we pay homage to a legendary pasta dish from the village of Nerano on the Amalfi coast.  We've re-invented the Spaghetti Nerano to make this month's guest pizza really simple but completely iconic.

Say ciao to The Zucchini Nerano: a pizza that’s all about sunshine, seasonality and sharp cheesy goodness. We start with a silky zucchini cream on the base, layered with mozzarella and golden, deep-fried zucchini slices. Then it all gets fired up in the oven to bubbly perfection before we hit it with Auricchio Provolone – a punchy, cheddar-like cheese from Napoli that brings a bold, tangy finish to all that sweet zucchini goodness. 

It’s fresh, a little indulgent, and totally summer-on-a-plate.
