Peperonta is a rustic Italian vegetable stew made with vibrant, in-season bell peppers. A fond fave with our pizzaiolo, obvs.
We’ve taken the best bits and popped it on a pizza for a slice of Italian summer... Sweet & sour peppers, red onions & piennelo tomatoes, roasted with basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, baked on our pizza, and finished with creamy burrata from Puglia.
