For July’s guest pizza we’ve teamed up with our old pal and former Pizza Pilgrims OG, Elliot Cunningham, who’s been smashing it (literally) at his own restaurant, Lagom.  

Thom and James, are huge fans of Elliot’s Lagom smash burger, which has earned rave reviews across the London food scene. James even name-checked Lagom in his TopJaw best-of-vid! 

Together, we bring you something special – the ultimate burger pizza inspired by Elliot’s signature smash burger. 🍔➡️🍕 

Introducing a winning combo of our 48-hour proved, fluffy, crusted base and smoked mozzarella topped with dry-aged Dexter ground beef at a 60/40 meat-to-fat ratio. Finished with a take on the subtle hot and sweet mustardy mayo and crisp, tangy vinegar slaw that the Lagom smash burger is known for. 

Elliot Cunningham, Lagom’s founder, met Thom and James during their street food days on Berwick Street Market – he was one of the first chefs on the three-wheeled Piaggio Ape slinging pizzas with them, come rain or shine.
