September ’23 saw our founders Thom and James head out on a pizza pilgrimage to the West Coast to hunt down the best pizza Los Angeles had to offer.

They teamed up with Alex, founder of Hot Tongue pizza, and embarked on an epic pizza crawl across the city. They then headed back to Hot Tongue to create a pizza inspired by the trip.

Hot Tongue’s secret cashew cream “drip” sauce, Californian Sungold tomatoes, arugula (rocket to us Brits), balsamic glaze and a sesame seed crust.
