Yup, you read that right! This cold Feb, we've combined the worlds of pizza and fondue with La Fonduta.
The Italian Alps is home to Fontina DOP and the main ingredient in their local delicacy… cheese fondue!
It's a rich and creamy, sweet but punchy, buttery yet nutty cheese, AND, it's the hero ingredient of this month's pizza.
A white pizza topped with Fontina cheese fondue and mozzarella, served with a side of fried potatoes and pickles.
Defs one for the cheese lovers in need of warming up!
