FAQs
Not all of the pizzerias take bookings. You can check out availability here
A white pizza is pizza with no tomato sauce on the base. Simples! We call it the bianca.
Our pizza ovens reach a temperature up to 490 degrees centigrade - pretttttty toasty! So our pizzas take approximately 60 seconds to cook once hitting the oven floor.
Neapolitan pizzas tread that deliciously fine line between soft base and a slightly charred taste, which is all down to a very fast bake in a very, very hot oven. It’s very difficult to have a well-done Neapolitan pizza without burning it, so regrettably we can’t accommodate crispy ones.
Try it. You won’t knock it!
Due to the nature of how our pizzas are made, it’s a bit tricky to do half of one pizza and half of another. That said we’ll always try, so just ask your waiter nicely and they’ll sweet talk the chef.
Yes, absolutely! We’d recommend you keep your pizza as close to the original recipe as possible as our food team have lovingly curated these pizzas to perfection. However, if there’s an ingredient you particularly dislike, of course, we’re here to help!
Yes! All the tips and service charge is pooled and distributed through a tronc system and teams will see this on their payslip every month.
We do have the classic pizza condiments including chilli oil, olive oil, pepper, chilli flakes & oregano. We also have a range of crust dippers to sink your teeth into including the truffle, nduja, pesto, garlic & herb & prosciuttonaise.
It’s not, simply because we don’t think it produces the best pizza. We use
cultivated yeast to activate the rise in our dough. We then let it prove for at least 24 hours to give it the soft chewy and downright delicious texture of Neapolitan-style pizza. The vast majority of pizza in Naples is not sourdough - we’re just following the masters.
We’ve worked really hard to reduce our impact. We’ve undertaken some exciting initiatives at PP, including getting all our basil grown in a vertical farm to our spec saving 10s of 10,00s of air miles a year, converting all our energy to renewable and opening a sustainable pizzeria with a dedicated menu in Selfridges.
Yes our FIOR Di Latte is made with synthetic rennet meaning its suitable for veggies, as is our parmesan!
Yes! We believe in pizza for everyone and we're proud of our vegan section on the menu. We even have vegan cheese, made by our mates at Julienne Bruno.
We’ve developed an amazing gluten-free dough which is available in all pizzerias. However, if you’re coeliac, we’re still unable to serve you as all pizzas are cooked in the same pizza oven and there’s risk of cross-contamination.
You can check out the full allergen matrix here.
Instead, we offer our gluten-free pizza kits via PITP which can be purchased here.
HELL YEAH! We welcome doggos 🐶 of all shapes and sizes and they're very welcome in all of our pizzerias except Selfridges, Swingers & Westfield Shopping Centre. Their rules not ours... 😢
