After the ultimate cook-off, we crowned Andrea the winner and his pizza is now our November special!

Taking our motto, 'Born in Naples. Bred in London', Andrea has combined British favourites with Italian staples, bridging the gap between Italy and England.

A red cabbage purple base(!) is topped with roasted potatoes, guanciale, and fresh cherry tomatoes. After cooking, finish with the creamy Stracciatella.

Andrea recommends adding fresh basil, Parmesan, and a crack of freshly ground black pepper if you can get your hands on it.
